This exceptional peated single malt is rooted in our lands in the Eastern Townships, where our barley is grown using regenerative farming practices, then malted and peated to an intense 150 PPM profile with carefully selected peat from the Lac-Saint-Jean region. From mashing to double distillation in our Revival Stillworks copper pot stills, every step is carried out with artisanal rigor. Aged in American oak casks for at least three years—with a ten-year maturation target for most of our stocks—the spirit draws its depth and balance from the crisp air and dramatic temperature swings of our terroir. A patient, uncompromising creation crafted to leave a lasting impression.

INFORMATION ABOUT LOTS AND CASKS
Our peated Single Malt is a celebration of smoke. Crafted exclusively from Esma barley malted according to the classic pale malt method, this meticulous choice imparts a clean, malty, and delicately fruity aromatic foundation to the spirit, typical of fine single malt whiskies.
For maturation, we chose the power of virgin American oak—the very casks that give the finest bourbons their character. Prepared with a Medium Toast and Char 2 profile, these barrels infuse rich notes of vanilla, butterscotch, and sweet baking spices while allowing the delicate character of the barley to shine. The result is a distinct Single Malt that marries the elegance of malted barley with the warm, generous intensity of the American style.
