Breaking Ground: Excavation Work Has Begun!

Hello everyone,

Today, October 12th, marks a monumental milestone for the Distillerie des Cantons: the excavation work for our foundations officially started this morning!

There is quite a bit of action on the construction site right now. We are lucky to have the team from Longé Construction, along with Mr. Merwinski and his excavation crew, hard at work since early this morning.

It is incredibly exciting and rewarding to see the project moving forward so tangibly and to finally see the heavy machinery moving dirt on our site. This is the start of a great new chapter.

Very soon, I will be showing you a bit more detail about where we are at with our foundations. Stay tuned!
