Exterior Work Complete & Happy Holidays!

Hello everyone,

On this 21st of December, I have some excellent news to share: the exterior work and what we call the "base building" of the Distillerie des Cantons de l'Est are officially finished!

All our amazing workers have headed home to enjoy a well-deserved break for the holiday season. The timing is absolutely perfect, because completing this step means we are completely ready to start receiving our distillation equipment in early January. It's a massive Christmas gift for the project!
