The Big Day: Our Stills Have Arrived!

Hello everyone!

On this July 29th, we are experiencing a historic moment at the Distillerie des Cantons de l'Est: we are finally taking delivery of our stills!

Here is a glimpse of what is happening on-site today:

  • The Unloading: Right behind me, you can see our Spirit Still that was just unloaded from the truck. We are currently bringing all the equipment up to the distillery doors to begin the installation.

  • The Structure: You can already see the stairs and the platform coming together.

  • The Dream Setup: Over the next few hours, we will be installing all this beautiful equipment in a pristine spot directly in front of our massive windows.

One thing is for sure: you are going to have quite a show when you drive by the distillery on the road to Mansonville!
